Relationships are key to our success, and first and foremost is building great relationships with our Landlords, helping to ensure that all of our Hello My Room properties meet our own high standards, regulations and compliancing before we start the tenant find process, and getting to know each of our tenants to ensure they are the right fit for our properties and for the confidence of our Landlords and existing tenants.

Based in Swansea and Somerset, we provide full management HMO services to Landlords and exceptional quality rented rooms in co- sharing homes for tenants. We thrive on being fast and efficient in our services and respond as such to both tenant finding and issues that arise, making us number one.

Building great relationships is vital to us and from start to finish, we offer an exceptional transparent service for our Landlords and tenants, we are fast to respond and always keep you in the know.

No Hidden Charges

There are no nasty surprises with us! We do not charge our tenants fees, they pay their deposit and first month's rent. Our landlords pay a small set up fee to help with the marketing costs and viewings and then a small monthly management fee, nice and easy.

Client Money Protection

Hello My Room are fully compliant when it comes to our clients money. We have a fully tenancy deposit scheme to keep deposits safe, and our own designated client accounts and money protection and Property Redress Scheme as well as being fully compliant with Rent Smart Wales.

Comprehensive Inspections

Our expert management team are fully trained in spotting any issues early and deal with them effectively and will always give you a copy of reports.
We make sure that no stone is uncovered during our inspections to ensure that our properties are kept legal, well ventilated, clean, tidy and well maintained.

Maintenance

We have a fantastic maintenance team who are on hand 24/7 for when repairs and issues do arise, whether these be a routine maintenance issue or an urgent repair, we always keep you in the know and your property in great working order.
