Tenants Fees

In line with the tenant fee ban, we do not charge tenants any fees. You will be asked for the following:

Holding fee - This is required to hold your room/property whilst we complete the relevant tenancy checks. This is £100 for a room and. This holding fee forms part of your deposit and will be added back to your deposit at the start of your tenancy.
Upon completion of successful application and tenancy checks, all tenants are asked to pay their final amount of their deposit (minus the holding fee)and first months deposit before they receive the keys on the first day of their tenancy.
All deposits are lodged with a deposit scheme and will be issued back at the end of their tenancy should their room/property be left clean, tidy and as it was found per their inventory and rent paid to date.
There are no fees
